KARSINOMA APOKRIN MAMMA
A Female, 40 years old was admitted with complain lump at the right breast, since 7 months ago, Tumor grew slowly. Tumor size was 4x2x2 cm, there is no pain, location at upper lateral quadrant. There is no an enlargement of lymph node were detected both ipsilateral and contalateral side. Laboratory examination obtained within normal limited, chest x-ray detected cardiomegaly. Fine needle aspiration biopsy obtained a Fibroadenoma mamma. Eksisional biopsy was done in this patien. Histopathologic with paraffin block result was Apocrine Carcinoma. Furthermore patient were treated with modified radical mastectomy without adjuvant therapy.
